South Jersey remodeling FAQs
Does MatrixGC work in South Jersey?
Yes. Along with Philadelphia, we remodel and renovate homes in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties, including Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Collingswood, Voorhees, Marlton, Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Pennsauken and Washington Township.
Do I need a permit to remodel my kitchen or bathroom in New Jersey?
Usually yes if the work changes plumbing, electrical, gas, structure or layout. Cosmetic updates such as paint or replacing a countertop often do not. MatrixGC handles permit applications and inspections with your local construction office.
How much does a remodel cost in South Jersey?
Cost depends on size, layout changes and finish level. After a free in-home visit we send an itemized estimate so you can see exactly where the money goes and adjust the scope to your budget.
Can I use a 203(k) or HomeStyle loan for a South Jersey home?
Yes. FHA 203(k) and Fannie Mae HomeStyle loans work in New Jersey, and we write lender-ready bids and follow the draw schedule.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels take about 2 to 4 weeks of work and most kitchens about 4 to 8 weeks once materials are on site and permits are issued. You get a written timeline before we start.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. On request we provide a 6-month workmanship warranty. It is void if another contractor works on the same area after us.
