Do I need architectural drawings for a permit in Philadelphia?
Most projects that change structure, add space, or alter layout need drawings for a Philadelphia L&I permit. Simple repairs and cosmetic work usually do not. We tell you exactly what your project needs.
Can I hire you only for drawings?
Yes. Our planning and drafting services are available on their own for homeowners, investors, realtors and other contractors. If MatrixGC builds the project, design is included free.
Do you check zoning before designing?
Yes. We review setbacks, height, use and lot coverage first, so the design can be permitted or we know early if zoning relief is needed.
Can I see the design before construction?
Yes. We provide 3D views and renderings so you can review the layout and finishes before anything is built.
What if my project needs an engineer or a sealed design?
When structural engineering or a sealed design is required, we coordinate it as part of the drawing set.
