1. Help you find houses via MLS to show your client.
2. Review the property with you and your client before the purchase.
3. Conduct the feasibility study and let you and your client know if the project is worth submitting an offer.
4. Once the property is under agreement, we prepare all the paperwork for your consultant, lender and appraiser.
5. Go over the home inspection report with your client to add any necessary repairs to the renovation.
6. Provide the appraiser with the necessary information needed to help ensure you get the needed market value.
7. Follow up with the lender and assist in getting your deal to settlement.
   After settlement, we start construction.

You know how it is…….

Your client looks at a ton of houses.

You draw up and go over all the documents with your buyer.

You submit the offer and go back and forth with the listing agent.

Finally, you get the property under agreement and all you have to do is wait for settlement and get paid for all your hard work.  

But Wait…………… There are so many things that can go wrong!

Like the dreaded Home Inspection.  This is where you start to worry, hoping nothing bad shows up that could kill your deal.
