Robbie Mahallati
Rob is the owner of Matrix Construction and has been in this business for more than 25 years. He has helped countless people renovate their homes.
Shaun Mahallati
From building water towers to renovating houses, Shaun has been in the construction business for over 30 years. He has a degree in chemistry and a Master of Business from Temple University. Shaun oversees projects making sure everything is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
FarBroz Farkhondar
Farbroz is an experienced, smart, and patient Construction Manager. Customers enjoy his professionalism and thoroughness when overseeing a project.
Hamir Abaluyan
Hamir is Rob’s assistant as well as the company’s Marketing Supervisor. He is also an expert in the 203(k) process and all required paperwork. Clients enjoy his professionalism and thoroughness.
Salar Gilli
Sully is an experienced Construction Manager who works hard to complete projects in the best way possible. He enjoys architectural design and the challenge of each project.
Natasha Shehu
Natasha is an experienced Bookkeeper. She enjoys the challenges of accounting and works to complete the projects in the best way possible.
Hadi Takestani
Hadi has a Master of Business Administration with a major in Information Technology. His expertise is in programming and website development. This expertise led him to the role of a strategist; he is also responsible for the company’s website.
Ali Taherdust
Ali is a Professional Engineer with a background in architecture. He has been working with Matrix GC as a Construction Manager since March 2020. He is also the founder of our Design Department.
Niloofar Alayian
Construction Manager
Niloo is a construction manager who holds a Master’s degree in civil engineering, She is passionate about overseeing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. With a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as civil engineering design and analysis, she is committed to ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Gazzle Irannejhad
Construction Manager
Gazelle is a professional engineer with a background in architecture and design. She is working as a Construction manager in Matrixgc and she is able to manage construction challenges in a smooth way.
Ali Solati
Ali has a Ph.D from the University of Tehran and is an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer who has worked in the Energy Industry. He is skilled in: Finite, Element Simulation, Solidworks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, PVelite, Caesar II, PDMS, Microsoft Word, Power Plants, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Feasibility Studies. He has an outstanding research background in Laser Material Processing, Fuel Cells, Renewable Energy, and Heat Sinks.
Mo.ali Hosseini
Mo.Ali has a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering. He is passionate about residential interior design and new technologies in the field of Architectural Design and Construction. Mo.Ali has experience designing the facades of residential buildings, office buildings, and hotels. He is proficient in 3D and 2D software applications such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUP, and Photoshop.
Mohammad Rajabi
Mohammad is a Creative Content Producer with a professional art background. He produces high quality graphics and videos for Matrix GC.
Mahsa Azizi
Mahsa has a Master of Architectural Technology. Her passion for research and writing flows through her content writing. She writes about different topics related to “Homes”, including Home Renovation, Home Purchases, and Home Trends.
