I finally found the house that I wanted but it needed a lot of fixing up. Through Matrix, they got the job done via a 203(k) loan. When I first came into the house there were a lot of things that needed to be done. There were pipes missing, walls, the floors. Through Matrix, I got it accomplished. They even did extra work that was out of the budget

The professionalism of Matrix was amazing. The kitchen and bathroom work was phenomenal! Matrix was great, no matter how many times I called or texted. They were always accessible and accommodating. No complaints at all about the outcome. Matrix took care of everything I wanted without requiring constant supervision. They worked the whole kitchen around my grandmother's stove which I insisted to keep. The 3D designs from Matrix were wonderful and exactly like the finished product. Matrix made it work while I lived at the home, with temporary arrangements like a temporary sink. It felt like I had a bunch of new friends from Matrix. After the job was done, I was sad because I thought I would never see my new friends again. Staying on schedule and within the budget was well-coordinated by Matrix.
