As Operations Manager at a mid-sized construction firm, Sully oversees multiple residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring quality workmanship, efficient scheduling, and budget control.

Holding a degree in Civil Engineering, Sully started his career as a site engineer, quickly climbing the ranks due to his sharp problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and ability to manage diverse teams. He has led projects ranging from multi-family developments and mixed-use buildings to complex structural renovations and infrastructure upgrades.

Sully is known for his practical approach to project planning, his ability to bridge communication between engineers, architects, and subcontractors, and his commitment to safety and compliance on every job. When he’s not coordinating trades or reviewing blueprints, Sully enjoys mentoring junior team members and staying ahead of trends in sustainable building practices.
