This Estate Blvd project showcases our specialty in home additions and structural expansions. We designed and built a seamless addition, completing foundation, framing, roofing, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The project followed our proven Vanilla Box approach—delivering a fully permitted, structurally complete shell—then continued through full interior finishing for a turnkey result. Throughout construction, we worked closely with the homeowner to adapt the design and ensure the final layout met their needs.
